Step 2. Fill in your request
Step 3. Send your RMA form through e-mail or fax it to our sales people
Step 4. Receive your RMA number from our sales people

 

Rules and Conditions:

• This warranty is invalid if the factory-applied series number label has been altered or removed from the product or if the security label is broken.
• The defected products must be packaged securely in the original or other suitable shipping packages to ensure no damage during transportation. The RMA number must be marked on the outside of the package, and one copy of the RMA Request Form must be put inside the package.

• Please send the shipping documents (RMA numbers indicated) by fax to Liyitec after the return shipment is made.
• Any packages shipped to Liyitec without an authorized RMA number will be rejected and shipped back to Purchaser at Purchaser’s expenses.
